Break Free from OCD

New 14 week multidimensional psychotherapy group for the treatment of OCD

incorporating tools from cognitive behavioral therapy and somatic and relational approaches.

Upper West Side, New York

Learn innovative & evidence based tools from a variety of highly effective psychotherapies

for living more spontaneously and OCD free.

Date: Begins Tuesday April 2nd, 2013

This group will begin with a skills focused phase where strategies will be taught for loosening your grip on OCD patterns, tolerating diffcult feelings that come up when obsessions are faced and cultivating a richer relationship with your inner life so that OCD can more readily dissipate.

The skills phase will be followed by a course of Exposure and Response Prevention treatment (a cognitive behavioral approach) to reduce OCD symptoms.
